A challenging reflection nebula located in the constellation Cepheus.

I am quite interested in the part enlarged in the inset. Is that a hole in the molecular cloud letting light in from the red star behind, then fanning it out? Looks quite exciting !! You can see it better in the Hi-Res version HERE.
