Title

Starlink train through Square of Pegasus with Perseid meteor

About this image

Satellites, especially Starlink satellites, may be a blight on astronomy but on occasion, they make for an interesting sight. This shot captures a train of newly launched Starlinks with a Perseid meteor, all in the vicinity of the Square of Pegasus. Unfortunately, the Perseid is going off the edge of frame and the satellites are in the centre. If only it had been the other way round!
