Title

C/2023 A3 on the morning of 2024 September 29 UT was magnitude G=3.0 as calculated from 12x3 second images in an aperture diameter of 5', yesterday morning the comet was magnitude G=3.4, so an interesting increase in magnitude. Both mornings Astrometrica calculations were made from 12x3 second images in an aperture diameter of 5', the comet was at altitude 8.6 degrees, the Sun was - 8.2/8.3 basically the same altitude below the horizon, the twilight sky was clear both mornings and the same equipment was used. Conclusion is the comet had a nice increase in brightness, which also shows in the images with more debris streaming away from the comet coma on September 29
