About this image

Here is the monochrome version straight from camera of the previous image. The antitail is more clearly visible here.This is apparently quite rare and we will only see it for a few days whilst the comet is crossing the earths orbital plane. 
The tail is cometary material which was expelled but is still moving along the comet's path but lagging behind the actual motion of the comet.
