About this image

With the moon out of the way I got the opportunity to test a Vivitar 300mm f 5.5 telephoto lens.

Being a vintage lens there are noticeable chromatic aberrations and barrel distortion.

Also there is no ED glass as in modern lenses.

Conditions were clear with thin wispy cloud moving in after 25 mins in to the session.
