Follow up of suspected SN in NGC3521

About this image

Following Peter Birtwhistle's report of a possible SN in NGC3521 and the lack of any chance of a clear sky from home, I set up a set of observations using iTelescope's T72 0.5 M telescope in Chile. I scheduled 10 60 second exposures in B V and Luminance. However clouds seem to be catching, and only a few of my subs were successful.
I used the iTelescopes calibrated files. I will pull down the calibration files and calibrate them myself at a later date.

Nice catch ! It is an extraordinarily fast evolving supernova, already in decline
