About this image

Image data that I captured in May and July 2024 reprocessed with PixInsight 1.9 update to test the Multiscale Gradient Correction process utilising the new MARS data.

The image shows the complexity of the nebulosity of the Cygnus Wall.  The glowing emission from an embedded cluster undergoing star formation contrasts with the cold opaque and dark nebulosity 'pouring' down infront of the bright emission nebula.
