Thank you Grant for your comment.

This was a 35 exposure time made up of 190 x 10sec frames.

For interest, I looked at what the S50 did via its own live stacking and AI denoise function. I have now uploaded that image. Not sure it was worth trudging through Graxpert, Siril and Affinity Photo to get the first posted image.
