Didn'f feel right to let the New Year pass without at least one image of the winter horsey.

Nothing fancy done here. SIngle image, defect map applied (some annoying bad pixels appearing on my SX camera), tweaked the white point and a slight histogram stretch.

I just love this object, leaving aside the scientific facts about reflection and emissions and the relative temperatures etc... this whole region it is just so .....pretty
