Experimenting by placing an IR let through filter (ProPlanet 807nm) on the camera in addition to using a white light solar filter at the front of the refractor. It did seem to stabalise the seeing and not hinder the exposure settings too much. Best 50% of frames stacked and sharpened in AS!4; colour desaturated to mono.
