I think images with the S50 may end up swamping the gallery, but oh my is this little scope easy to use and quick to set up.
While I am faffing with "proper" gear this little thing is already gathering light!

Anyway a rough and dirty timelapse. Clear skies apart from some fluffy stuff towards the end. See also my other posting re: Solar Radiation.

The little S50 latched onto the sun and stuck to it like glue across the whole event. The Baader films is slightly better than the solar filter in the box IMHO
