I've been impressed with what the Seestar can capture. From my Bortle 7 location, I've managed to image down to about 18th mag. Do you use the custom-made Seestar_alp? It's a nice application and worth a look at.

Yes I use Seestar_Alp too. I find the scheduling tool extremely useful for scheduling all night observing runs.
