Title

C/2024 G3 (ATLAS) tail this morning, 18:51, 07 May 2025 UT. Tail shows apparent widening, dispersing and fading, a week after orbital plane crossing by Earth. First two images are positive & negative of same shot - fainter part of tail shows better in negative. Third is changes from orbital plane crossing until now. Canon 800D, 200mm lens, 15 x 52 sec, ISO 12800, F/3.5, reduced size but uncropped other than trim up because of drift from approx polar alignment. Beautiful dark sky.
