I don't think this is real.

The fact that the green arc is centred exactly on the overexposed twilight area strongly suggests that this is an artefact caused by the way that the noise reduction works in the camera at the boundary between a saturated and unsaturated part of the image. I've looked on the timelapse and there is no evidence of any movement.
