About this image

Awful seeing. Captured in FireCapture, 300 of best 1868 frames stacked and sharpened in AS4!, levels and curves adjusted in FastStone Image Viewer; some artefact from processing given small number of useable frames. Rimae Sirsalis can be seen to breach the southern crater rim of Sirsalis E, at about the 10 o'clock position on the large horse-show crater just to the right of centre.
