Corona (E) with Sol'Ex SHG

About this image

Very first attempt at capturing the Corona (E) with the Sol'Ex SHG. Selected the Fe XIV 5303 line and used solar continuum filter in front of slit tilted 25 degrees. Nine SER files recorded (definitely needs a lot more) in Sharpcap using 32x sidereal to force scan of slit across solar disk and reconstructed in JSol'Ex using a script to produce the image. SDO image on left for comparison.
