About this image

This is my first dedicated attempt at imaging the Milky Way through Cygnus as part of an imaging project with Kernow Astronomers during a Perseids shower party on the 15th August as Carnewas national trust site. I added data on the following night in SII and OIII so that I could render the image in a FORAXX palette. This is my favourite summer jumping off point for choosing targets from my location in the summer months.
