Venus occulted by a 5.5% moon under very milky skies. Left Panel Sequence - Venus being occulted by the illuminated crescent of the moon 11:51 UTC. Right Panel Sequence - Re-emergence on the night side of the moon 13:09 UTC. Gain boosted to try and show the moon against bright white thin cloud. Venus not visible visually through the telescope.
