NGC 206 OB Star Association within Andromeda Galaxy

About this image

I have been looking forward to my first-time imaging NGC 206 at this time of year when Andromeda is high in the sky and a chance of clear skies came my way. My optical system has a smaller field of view because of its 2.3-meter focal length but coupled with a sensitive CCD with large pixels it’s possible to extract good details of lesser extended objects as in this case with NGC 206. FOV: 31 X 2 5arcmins, Plate scale: 1.45 arcsecs. Software used: TheSky6 Professional, CCDSoft v5, PhD2, Celestron CPWI and Processed with Siril.
