About this image

The Witch Head nebula is a beautiful reflection nebula which I'm sure if it was further from M42 would be imaged more often. The S50 limited field of view has restricted me to taking a image of a portion of the nebula. I hope to image the full nebula some day.

Image taken with SeeStar S50 over 4 days between 23rd Sep and 2nd October 2025.
