About this image

(Second attempt to submit this obs. First attempt- completed all fields but on click Save got message "Larger than 10MB" - all lost.  :-(  My GIF was 10.3 MB but no error at Choose File, only on final Save. My MP4 is a mere 1.5MB but unsupported filetype).

This is the greatly overexposed composite image of the fireball. UFO Analyser estimated its terminal flash had a peak brightness of mag -9.8. Its trail leads back to the Comae Berenicid radiant or nearby meteor complex. Such fireballs are usually asteroidal in nature, rather than cometary.

I also recorded it on one of my RMS cameras, although it detected and saved it as a fireball, processing and analysing it is a laborious process. I'll try to find spare time...
