About this image

Apart from this amazing galaxy, edge on with its warped spiral arms and star forming regions, there are companion and much more distant galaxies. Even more incredible is the detection of several very faint quasars; the furthest of which is 10.5 billion light years away.  These are highlighted in the next image.

Images captured with SharpCap Pro and processed using Affinity Photo, GraXpert and Cosmic Clarity.
