About this image

NGC4361 the Lawn Sprinkler Nebula in Corvus. This image is a combination of two images with the Dwarf 3. The main one which is most of the image is 240x15s using the duo-band filter (gain 60). Just a small portion of this image around the nebula has been combined in Photoshop (50:50) with 77x15s using the astro filter. Both processed in Stellar Studio with auto parameters. The combined result has had the saturation increased in Photoshop. This was a tricky object as it was only 10 to 20 degrees above the horizon. Initially, I did the astro filter observation first, but quite a lot of the image was spoiled by the view being interrupted by the neighbour's apple tree! The duo-band observation was more free from obstruction.
