About this image
Comet C/2025 R3 has now a highly detailed tail
Comet Panstarrs shows now a dust and a gas tail. The gas tail gave this morning a very pleasant view.
Nevertheless the comet is challenging. About 6 degrees height in twilight offer only a short window of opportunity to target this object.

That's a brilliant image and shows today's disconnection event in the ion tail very well. Interesting to see some dust at long last as well.

Your site must have an excellent eastern horizon.
