I started the evening of 24 April 2026 trying to capture some daylight Jupiter images, which was hopeless, so that all ended up in the trash, but as I was set up and the 1st qtr Moon was high, I thought I should give that a try.

I used the native C14 with the Uranus-C OSC running a series of 11 x 500 frame SERs at 10ms (~30fps) along the Moon's terminator and processed those as best 50 frames (10%) per SER in AS3! and Registax, then stitched them together in MS-ICE. I applied curves saturation with an inverted range mask to prevent adjustment being applied to the blown out highlights.
