I’m a little confused about the dates. The transits of Venus were in 2004 and 2012. Definitely not in June 2008 when Venus passed behind the Sun at superior conjunction. A tricky evern to image!

Woops Sorry Typing error on the date/ year. Certainly 2004 Still working in 2004 and had to rush the imaging before heading to catch the 07.35 train to London Bridge. Could see Venus naked eye while waiting on the platform at Three Bridges.
