About this image

An early  imaging session of Saturn this morning.  The best image turned out to be one of the first t before it got too bright at 08:09 UTC (04:09EDT).  This is the best 15% of 12K frames captured.  The last quarter moon was nearby and the skies were bright from dawn.  Seeing was poor  2/10, transparency was poor 2/10

Altitude was up to 34 degrees.. getting better each session.
Each run was 180seconds with exposures around 14ms each.  T

The shadow of Saturn (on the lower right) projected onto the rings is becoming quite distinct.
The Cassini division is quite evident as well.
