About this image

A subtle brightening of the zodiacal band in Capricorn (near delta and gamma) indicates the Gegenshein. 180 degrees from the position of the Sun in Leo.

Best seen by standing back from the screen or displaying the image at smaller scale.

Cloudy with a little rain in Suffolk...
