At 2877 m the Sun was fighting to get through the clouds. Patience was rewarded with my ghostly shadow starting to appear as I stood on the analemmatic sundial.  It indicates a solar time of about 1:30pm. The information board says "For local time add one hour in winter; two hours in summer" which matches the time at the Pic - 15:32 CEST.

For a group of people who time occultation events accurate to tens of milliseconds it was fun to use a sundial in such a location.
