I'm late to the party here due to the hill behind our house. I think this is the most southerly declination (-19) I have ever attempted and its fair to say that more than half the mirror was seeing only dome wall.

I ran the 33 frames through Tycho-Tracker to generate MPC and ADS format positions and was pleased to see that despite the low altitude I was able to detect it in single frames - even though the magnitude averaged around 18.5 (ATLAS). Bodes well for when its higher in the sky.

I didn't see any obvious flares.

At present its ~950,000 km distant.
