I've always had a fascination with space. My wife bought me a cheap telescope for my 30th and 6 years later the obsession is stronger than ever.

As far as astronomy is concerned I've learned to keep my interests broad in order to maximise the few opportunities that arise when the British weather permits. I enjoy visual observation above all else and tend to mainly focus on deep sky, planetary, solar and lunar.
