There is a new film coming out featuring the life of the meteorologist, aeronaut, and astronomer James Glaisher.
It concentrates on his ballooning activities and is titled ‘The Aeronauts‘.
It is not 100% historically accurate as the character of Glaisher’s assistant Henry Coxwell has been replaced by a fictional female Amelia Wren.
