Hi William,
We have been testing the response from the cloud watcher using their software not SOLO and changing the settings from safe to unsafe checking the response using a multi meter to confirm the cloud watcher was responding appropriately.
We have drawn the conclusion that the relay installed by Pulsar is either not wired incorrectly or the relay is at fault.
