We determined rotational properties and the phase curve of the 4-km Vesta-type asteroid (3697) Guyhurst from observations conducted between 2024 February 1 and 2024 June 14. The synodic period was found to be 7.9088 ± 0.0003 h, assuming two photometric maxima and two minima per rotation. Its rotational amplitude at its 2024 apparition was found to be 0.18 ± 0.02 mag. The shape of its phase curve is remarkably similar to that of Vesta, as is its orbit, confirming the object is a fragment of the parent body.
