L.Commander Derek Howse (1919-1998)
Humphrey Derek Howse was Historical Section Director from 1985 to 1988, and BAA President from 1980 to 1982.
We didn't publish an obituary for him in the BAA Journal, but one can be found here in the RAS Journal, Astronomy and Geophysics
