About this image

The crater was visited on November 11th., 2016, and this view shows the tallest ramparts of the crater rim, from inside the crater. The age of the crater is unknown, though it is undoubtedly extremely old. The overlying sediments have long since been eroded away, exposing Silurian sandstones.
