About this image

Here's a comparison of the two brightest comets that we currently have in the morning sky. Both of these could become binocular objects next year. C/2015 V2 (Johnson) has a reasonable tail and looks like a promising object. C/2016 U1 NEOWISE is very diffuse and difficult to measure.
