About this image

Both comets are about magnitude 20 with 158P showing a clear nucleus, but 45P has become a dusty glow as it moves away from Earth. The comets are moving ESE in this image (11 ten minute images stacked on 158P) and are only 0.08 degrees apart with 45P approaching 158P in our night skies.
