Comet 45P approached and passed Comet 158P on the nights of 5/24 and 5/25 as seen from the night skies of Denver. Unfortunately, it was daylight in Denver when 45P passed 1' from 158P, with 158P in the dusty glow of 45P. These images look rather sad because both comets are around magnitude 20.
