Straddling Dichotomy

About this image

An observation this morning with yellow and blue filters.

The main part of the terminator in W15 yellow light is definitely convex although this is slightly masked by some "pointing at the cusps. Consequently dichotomy has passed when observed in yellow light.

In blue W47 light the terminator is still slightly concave so dichotomy in blue has not yet been reached.
