About this image

First total eclipse, with day in near perfect conditions. Early morning cloud dispersed to south east leaving sky well clear for entire eclipse. Saw Venus overhead during totality and was struck by how much temperature full during and after totality.

Some prominences principally to north and east, with corona well developed east and west of solar disk.
