Finally got to do some astronomy again. Variable Star

AB Cas. The gap is where I did a meridian flip and things did not play ball for a while. I did take readings for a further hour but the sky was deteriorating.

The previous evening I went out briefly with my 15 x 70 binoculars with an OIII filter in one eyepiece and a UHC filter in the other. The view of M42 was amazing, I've never seen it so clear.
