About this image

A real challenge as untracked so only stayed in field of view for about 20 sec. Seeing was superb for me last night given it was only 22 deg above horizon. Processed in PIPP, AS2, Registax and Faststone. Colour of GRS has not been exaggerated.

Thanks Martin! Yes it was a bit of a challenge! Seeing was exceptional for 22 deg up! I’d tried with 12 in around opposition but seeing far worse as were the images! Wish I’d had the 12 in with me instead of 8 in on Sat night. Tempted by tracking platforms!
