The thin crescent Venus taken by eyepiece projection with an i-phone. Venus currently has a phase of 3% and is about 13 deg from the Sun. Venus is currently only visible during daylight in northern tempeate latitudes because of its position well south of the ecliptic, before passing through inferior conjunction on 26.10.2018.
