Not long ago IC342 was deemed a difficult object for amateurs. Low surface brightness was bad for visual observers and the large size put imagers off.  Now things are much easier. This is just a small number of images combined. Was surprised how easy it was. I'm only slightly better at imaging than 10 years ago, but the kit has improved enormously.
