About this image

Sunday night was forecast to be clear all night and so I decided to have another go at V973 Cep while at the same time in the morning observe the Lunar Eclipse. My aim was to get 12 hours data but unfortunately at 2:15 am a large bank of cloud stretching the length of the country arrived and stopped play.8 hours was not too bad. I went to bed then but set my alarm for 4:20am in order to see some partial phase followed by the total eclipse. Fortunately it was totally clear again and so that part of my target was successful. :-) I did not attempt any photography.
