About this image

The subframes for this image were captured in promising conditions. It was rather cold though - the door to my observatory kept freezing shut! After recent rain, the transparency was excellent and the seeing was unusually good too. This image is the result of my first processing sequence which used the RGB subframes and flats I collected between 19:00 and 00:00UT.
