About this image

Two days after my positive result with (71) Niobe I managed to record another positive asteroidal occultation, this time involving the asteroid 334 Chicago. The forecast wasn't promising but surprisingly it cleared to enable an observation to be achieved. My probability was 88% and I recorded a 9.75 second occultation. This event was well observed across UK and Europe with the results being recorded on the www.euraster.net web page. Attached is the image for the shadow path as obtained from the IOTA updates feed from Occult Watcher.
