About this image

A shot in the dark really.  I had been to West Wales and on one day in a very wet and windy week I was able to photograph Orion.  As I examined the image there was a very faint red tinge around the stars of the Rosette.

I had a clear night so decided to give it a shot and added a CLS filter for good measure.  I'm glad I did because the shot without the filter didn't show anything.  Never mind how i tweaked it.

This is one shot only although there are more images to be stacked so when I have a bit of time....
