I was planning on heading out at 11pm to look for NLC's but luckily Richard Fleet alerted me at 10.30pm that they were visible. Best NLC's I've ever seen. This is that patch of turbulence that many of us admired. I took 416 images of it that I turned into a timelapse. Viewable here: https://vimeo.com/343907083
